Microswitch SI2010

Microswitch SI2010 is developed by switch-it. Mounting dimensions of SI2010 are compatible with the Hartmann series 107 and 164.
These microswitches are widely used in automated industry, vehicel construction, systems and apparatus construction: precise switching system, high vibration and shock resistance, high electrical and mechanical life, sealed, customer specific connection methods.

Microswitches SI2010 offer the following features:

  • Sealed acc. to IP67 (DIN EN 60529)
  • Faston terminals, , prewired option
  • Dimensions 25 x 33 x 11 mm
  • Electrical rating 250VAC, 3A
  • Operating position 17,05 ± 0,25 mm (datum = middle of mounting holes)
  • Actuation:  plunger, plain lever, cam follower lever (also customer specific possible)
  • Temperature range  -40°C to +85°C
  • Switching function CO, NO, NC (change over, normally open, normally closed)
  • Mechanical life min. 10 e6 cycles (impact free actuation)

SI2010 switch is corresponding / compatible in mounting dimensions to Hartmann microswitch series 107 and 164.

SI2010 is available in two different housing variants, and also optional with a wide variety of standard levers. Wire and cable outlet: you can choose left or right hand side, or to bottom side. Alternatively Version B2 offers 6,3 x 0,8 mm Faston Terminals. The mounting holes show additional brass sleeves, thus enabling otimum tightening torque.
