Rotating Seat Detection

An application was developed for use in a bus to detect the position of the driver’s seat, thereby enabling or blocking the engine start.

Special feature:
Two custom-sized switches with encapsulated PCBs to ensure diagnostic capability. The switches are also interconnected.

Safety Locking System

A safety lock with solenoid actuator and a control unit designed and manufactured in-house. For this assembly, we produce far more than just the microswitch: the control unit layout, detection switches, and sheet metal parts were all developed and tested for series production. We now assemble and supply the entire module ready for installation to our customer.
